An administration fee of R2 400.00 will be payable for every UNSUCESSFULL bond application. This fee can be paid once off or interest free over a period of 12 months. By completing the application form, I authorize 0861homeloan to electronically debit my account with the amount of R200.00 per month for 12 months should my transaction be UNSUCESSFULL. This fee is applicable to further loans and switches. The fee will also be applicable should you NTU or withdraw a new loan, further loan or switch after AIP or GRANT for any reason.
